Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, a one-time purchase does not involve recurring subscription charges.

Lifetime access

Where lifetime access is advertised, it refers to access for the lifetime of the product, for as long as we continue to make it available and operate or support its delivery.

We intend to provide ongoing access to products sold with lifetime access. However, we cannot guarantee that any particular platform or digital service will remain available indefinitely.

If we discontinue a product, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and, where practical, an alternative way to access purchased materials, subject to applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on the relevant product sales page and may change over time.

Payments are processed securely through the payment services available on Kajabi.

5. Founding Group and Early-Access Purchases

From time to time, we may offer early-access or founding-group opportunities for new educational products.

For the initial Anxiety Insights founding group:

• Purchasers will receive the complete collection on the delivery date specified at the time of purchase.

• Purchasers will have an opportunity to provide feedback while the collection is being finalized.

Any material changes to the announced delivery schedule will be communicated to purchasers.

Participation in the founding group does not guarantee that every suggestion or request for additional content will be incorporated into the finished product.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to find our educational products useful.

Anxiety Insights 30-Day Guarantee

For Anxiety Insights, purchasers have 30 days from the date the complete collection is first made available to them to review the material.

If you decide the collection is not useful for you, contact us within that 30-day period to request a full refund.

Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method. Access to the refunded product may be revoked following the refund.

Other products may have different refund policies, which will be stated on their respective sales pages.

Nothing in these terms limits any nonwaivable refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

When you join an email list or request updates, we may contact you about the content or products you've expressed interest in.

If you join the Anxiety Insights early-access list, we will use your information to notify you about the collection and its availability.
